We are pleased to provide free shipping within the 48 continental United States, using a variety of shippers and or shipping methods including but not limited to the following:

Many of our items cannot be shipped to a PO box and any orders being sent to a PO Box cannot be tracked. Therefore we strongly encourage you NOT to ship to a PO Box. Hubcaps Plus is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any PO Box.
(Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Military addresses may require air delivery and will be assessed a supplemental charge, please call 1 (888) 482-2279 or e-mailus for air delivery rates.)

If your shipping or billing address are inside the state of Illinois sales tax will be charged to your order at a rate of 8.00% excluding shipping charges

We do not charge any custom fees or expenses on international orders. However, every fee and other expense applying to any international order is in the total responsibility of the customer.
(Please Note due to customs restrictions we cannot ship our Brake Caliper Paint Kit, or Interior Styling Sprays internationally.)
Orders are processed within 72 hours of receiving them, although most orders are received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours.
Most orders arrive at our customers' door within 5-10 days from the time the order is placed, with the exception of orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Military addresses, and internationally which require more time. To minimize backorders we actually ship from 5 different locations nationwide. What If My Package Is Damaged
We take every measure necessary to insure you receive your purchase safe and undamaged. However if by chance you do receive a package that was damaged during shipment:
Immediately contact the carrier

Tell them you have received a damaged package and file a claim. Then call 1 (888) 482-2279 or e-mail us notifying us about the damage claim. The carrier will pick up the product for inspection. This will allow them to issue us a credit; once our credit is processed we will ship a replacement item.
We are committed to providing quality merchandise and stand by our products. We accept returns on uninstalled products that are not electrical in nature or custom ordered up to 30 days of the date of shipment with a return authorization. Please Note: A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items that qualify for a return unless otherwise noted.
